2-    Irrigation system factory :

Consist of the following  departments :

Mechanical Meching , Preparing , Irrigation System (solid ,Center pivot ,Movable ) production ,P.V.C. pipe production , galvanizing .

3-   Foundry :

consist of the following departments  melting  & pouring , (mechanical  sand & ground)  molding , core manufacturing , fettling .

4-    Maintenance department: 

consist of the following  sections :

( mechanical & electrical )  maintenance ,power & air compressor , water & treatment  plant , other maintenance sections .

5-   Industrial services  unites :

electrical distributing unite , electrical desiel  generators boilers ,water treatment ,fuel station ,air compressor .

Sprinkler Irrigation system :

Solid sprinkler irrigation systems irrigate an area of (10) Hictar , with galvanize  pipes Movable irrigation systems Irrigate an area of (10-15) Hictar  in the shape of parallel strips 280 (m) length and  80 (m) width. Center pivot systems :

Irrigate an area of 15,30,45 Hictar

Anter Tractor

The Anter tractor is Designed according to the international standards .

It is for applications as general agricultural purposes .It work with 67H.P

Agricultural implement

Mould board ploughs

Which are used for ploughing and softening in the agricultural fields. It is contents ( ones, twice ,third, fourth and fifths  ) furrow mould board  .

The Four Furrow Mould board Plough

The four mounted plough is used for basic tillage in meduim and heavy soil with resistance up to 1.3 kg /cm² , this plough can turned and crushed the soil .Also the four

furrow can be connected with wheeled tractors of ranges 100-120 horse power .

Three Furrow Mould board Plough

The three mounted plough is used for basic tillage in meduim and hervy soil with resistance up to 1.3 kg /cm² , this plough can turned and crushed the soil .Also the three Furrow mould board plough can be connected with wheeled tractors of ranges 70-80.

Five Furrow Mouldboard Plough

The five mounted plough is used for basic tillage in medium and heavy soil with resistance up to 1.3 kg/cm²,the plough can be connected with wheeld tractors from (120-160) hp because the fifth buttom is connected with flange.and it can be reamain or deleted from the plough.

Rotivator 

This plough is used for ploughing and softening the soils espcially those having much quantity of weeds to chop it.

Chisel ploughs

It is used for fundamental ploughing with out turning soils of medium humidity. Ploughing depth arrives (20 cm),with two types (  medium and heavy duty) .

Subsoiler plough

This implement is used to break up the hard pan of the soil till depth of 54 (cm) and have to tines .

The heavy duty Chisel Plough

This plough is used for basic tillage of the soil without turning it in the rain and rice lands to keep its humidity and to avoid its erosion .Also can be used for cleaning and cultivating the soil .from grasses and the rests of harvesting .It can be use also to cover the seeds after their planting .Available for wheeled tractors with horse power  (140-160) hp Also it is suitable  for tractors with horse power (100-120) by lifting one tines from both sides and reduce tines from (15 to 13) tines .

The Chisel Plough

This plough is used for basic tillage of the soil with out turning it in the rain and rice lands to keep its humidity and to avoid its erosion .Also can be used for cleaning and cultivating the soil .from grasses and the rests of harvesting .It can be use also to cover the seeds after their planting .Available for wheeled tractors with horse power (70-80 ) with  lifting two tines from both sides and reduce tines from( 11 to 9) tines .

Offset disc harrow

It is used to soften and plough the soil with convenient humidity  .

Disc bidder

It is used for making beds after ploughing and softening and leveling soils .

Rotivator                   

It is used for ploughing and softening the soils especially those having much quantity of weeks chop it    .

Drainage plough

Land leveler and scraper

They are used for leveling the soils after plouging and softening and for another purposes With two types  medium and large .

Big land leveler

They are used for leveling the soils after ploughing and its working width (3 m) and its coupled with high horse power tractors (120-160) hp .

Ridger                           

It is used for ridging and contained three ridges which can be regulated horizontally .

Ditcher                  

It is used for temporary irrigation ditches

Spring cultivator:

It is used after ploughing to soften  the soil , collect the weeks and to cover the seeds after planning .

Chemical fertilizer spreader                        

It is used for spreading the chemical fertilizer  .

Tipper trailers:  

There are two products of single axel tipper trailers.( 2 -4 ) ton .

Agricultural tank

It is used  to transport water for agricultural  purposes with capacity  of 2500 liters .

Agricultural pumps:

Our products of agricultural which operate with electrical engine and diesel engine with different sizes (4×4),(5×4),(6×6),(8×8) inch.

Agricultural Tank

Featuring cylindrical type with dished ends mounted on one axle chassis trailered by tractor (70) houreses or more .Agricultural tank is intended for irrigating , spraying and water transporting . also the pump is operated by   P.T.O  of  tractor .

      Harvestor

  It is coupled to medium hors power tractors and it takes its motion from P.T.O shaft , it is used to harvest

   cearal crops , wheat , barley and alfalfa.

Gravel shon

This tool is intended for forming , ridgs ditches maually it can be used in field for digging operyions and breaking up the soil .

Shorel

This tool is intended for filling , sweeping away , scaping and simpl ditching operations .

THE FUTURE ATMOSPHERES OF COMPANY

-         Project of Diesel engines (80-230)H.P  .

-         Project of gears productions  .

-         Submersibles pumps project for pumping water from different depths of wells .

-         Complex and box casting  for the above projects will be produced in a new  foundry and in existing

           foundry after being  reconstructed   .

-         The company began also to develop and increase its production of ( bolts and nuts ) through a new

           project works with a capacity  estimates (10000) ton per year.
